The below Terms and Conditions of a service or packages are non-negotiable. They are designed to protect both the photographer and the client, outlining the responsibilities of both parties. It’s always important to read and understand them before agreeing to them.If you have any concerns or questions about the terms and conditions, it’s a good idea to reach out to the photographer for clarification. However, keep in mind that they are usually standard and apply to all client equally.
How can I book a date?
To book your shoot, simply send a message with your preferred date and time.
I will respond promptly to confirm availability and discuss the details of your event.
Once confirmed, a pre-payment is required to secure your booking and reserve the date.
What are the modes of payments available?
Booking Guidelines & Payment Terms
Advance Booking Required:
Please book your session at least 7–14 days in advance.
We do not encourage last-minute bookings, as all slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking Confirmation:
Your date and time slot will be confirmed only after a 50% advance payment is made.
The remaining 50% balance is to be paid on the day of the shoot (after the session).
Add-Ons:
Extra edits, photo frames, larger albums, and other services are charged separately.
Payment Modes:
We accept GPay, UPI, NEFT, and other online payment methods.

The above package rates and payment terms are final and non-negotiable at any stage.

How long will the photo shoot last?
Shoot Duration Details
Shoot Length:
The duration of your shoot depends on the type of session and your personal preferences.
For most standard sessions, the shoot typically lasts between 1 to 3 hours.
For weddings or larger events, I offer extended packages to ensure full coverage.
It’s important that we discuss all details in advance, so I can understand your needs and plan accordingly.

When will the photos be ready?
Photo Delivery Timeline
Processing Time:
The delivery time depends on the complexity of the shoot, but I typically deliver the final edited photos within 2–4 weeks.
Online Gallery:
Once editing is complete, your photos will be uploaded to a private online gallery where you can easily view and download them.
Prints & Photobooks:
Prints and photobooks are available as add-ons and may take additional time for processing and delivery.

How do you choose photos for retouching?
Photo Selection Process
Once your photos are ready, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery where you can view all the images from your session.
Simply choose your favorite photos and share the image numbers or codes with me via email or message.
I’m happy to assist you in selecting the best shots—based on your preferences and the overall style of the shoot—to ensure the final edits reflect your vision beautifully.

Are you flexible with the timings for the shoot?
Event Timing & Additional Charges Policy
Accurate Event Start Time:
Please provide the exact time your event is scheduled to begin. This helps our team ensure smooth coverage and timely arrival.
Arrival Time:
Our photographer/videographer/cinematographer will arrive at least 30 minutes before the time committed by you to set up and prepare.
Delay or Extension:
If your event starts late or if additional hours are required, our team will stay until the event concludes as per availability.
Please note: This depends on our schedule, as we may have other bookings on the same day.
Extra Charges for Extended Coverage:
- ₹1,999/- per hour, per team member (Photographer / Videographer / Cinematographer)
- Charges apply after the committed 3-hour session.
Travel Charges (Pune): ₹1,999/-
